Hello,
My DD is a fifteen year old girl. I understand this is a really tricky age as most agencies would hire a young looking 16 year old but was wondering if anyone knew any agencies ( particularly London based ) that it would be worth her applying to. She has very limited film and tv experience but extensive stage work ( including lots of professional shows ). Does anyone have any suggestions or good ways of finding auditions without one?
Thank you all!

Hiya,
I’m in almost the same situation as you! DD is 15, Yeat 10 at school and has tons of stage, acting and singing experience but almost no TV or Film experience! The difference with us is we are up north so it’s a lot harder to find agencies! X

Dd is almost 15 - still has an agent. Has professional stage, tv and TVC experience. Though as she is now very quiet professionally, is now concentrating on training ready for college. We do still use Starnow and KCCP a bit - Dd does still get the odd offer through these sites so might be an option for you? This quiet time for my inbetweener is being used to train and try and work out what she wants to specialise in - my influence as a NAPM doesn't hold much power anymore She still wants in though and guess great to know it's now their own choice entirely. I'm typing this as I wait for her to come out of a tech rehearsal for a local production (no lines shared, songs sung to me as a preview like when she was a teeny) Hope you find a good agency for your Dd I am sure there will be lots who would be interested x

Mark Jermin Management - daughter has had lots of opportunities and recommend auditioning.

What is it exactly that she wants to do? TV, stage, straight acting, singing, dancing? As people have said 15 is not a good age to get roles, so I agree that spending that time honing skills is a better bet than trying to get an agent. Once she is 16 everything changes and the auditions start coming through again. If she is thinking of an acting degree post formal education now is the time to start thinking about it too. Good luck!
