Re: feature film in stafford from starnow

ah no worries xx I always find these things work out for the best, I cannot deny it would have been a bind traveling up to Stafford regularly and for no pay....I never got to know exactly just how much commitment was needed but I know a contract was involved and if I had to turn down work from his a...

Re: feature film in stafford from starnow

well - that's nice - not ! [-X he has just emailed me basically withdrawing the offered part from DS as he feels he lives too far away (he knew that when he offered DS the part) and offering him " a less involved part" .. sorry - but DS is busy enough , but he and we was prepared to put th...

Re: Singing in the Rain Audition Info - Cut & Paste

I am sure your DS will have a chance to shine when he is older riverdancefan, don't despair. The thing is, this just isn't a "fair" business. Think of the talented children who won't get their chance because of where they live - they would say that those living in the South east have an u...

Re: Singing in the Rain Audition Info - Cut & Paste

I understand that - however my DS for example is 11 and although he is 5'3''. I still think he looks like a young boy, in most circumstances where ages are specified , then the ages should be the defining criteria in my opinion, not the height, in my humble opinion, I don't think height should be an...

Re: Singing in the Rain Audition Info - Cut & Paste

ahh Cookycrew I feel your pain! Thankyou Deb :D It is sometimes hard for him seeing parts go to boys who are shorter, but less able in certain circumstances, but its an unfair world and we have to lump it ](*,) If I had the money I would definitely take a case against as if something states 10-15 th...

Re: Singing in the Rain Audition Info - Cut & Paste

lol he is only 5'11'', but my Dad is 6'2'' and an ex-royal marine ! I hope ladies will be glad of him for pas-de-deux when he is 18 and 6' !! :D seriously though, I understand that there needs to be some kind of cut-off point but I think far too many talented boys are overlooked due to the 5 foot ob...

Re: Helping eachother?

hello everyone - this is my oldest DS http://www.StarNow.co.uk/ronnieturpin this is a basic page for him - he would like more extra work, he has no other aspirations as far as acting goes :D (unlike younger DS) but he does like his music.. if you could like and favourite that would be really appreci...
