If we return the contract and she then decides not to go we have to pay £1500! Dd still has a video audition left to do and didn’t wa...

After 8 auditions my son accepted his only BA MT offer from Conti yesterday. The choice was made for him, as he received reserve offers from PPA, Bird and Leeds, Foundation from Performers, and no from GSA, Emil Dale and Urdang. Exciting times ahead, but the big challenge now is to find affordable ...

Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
We're still at the 'waiting to hear', 'recall' and 'still auditioning' stage so it's still nailbiting stuff for us. It's quite hard to keep my dd's mojo going tbh :? The waiting game is awful ... especially when you hear how their other friends are doing 🙈 the constant reassurance that they are jus...

Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
Has anyone asked for feedback from Laine? At some stage along the process of applying and auditioning I am sure we were told that you can. Yes last year we called and spoke with Sarah Carroll who gave us very informative and constructive feedback which so far has not been replicated by any other co...

Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
Thank you becmum-big decisions ahead as he’d have to leave home at 16. Yes it is, my DD was 15 when she auditioned last year, got diploma offer and 2 foundation offers. Decided on Laine foundation and it’s been a leap of faith but she’s loved it. Worked really hard, got a great friendship group, mo...

DS is down to do MT drama and history Alevels and would also need to be with a host family. Any advice ...
