Live in fear and they win! My DH is one of the lawyers representing the families of the victims of 7/7 you'll see him on Friday when the inquest delivers its verdict, the reality is that if the security services and the counter terrorism police would direct their recsources at the terrorists instead...

Re: Kerry Mailey Workshop
Please be aware that these workshops are considered nothing more than a money spinner, and there is Industry concern over the clash of interests between someone who is a casting director, and agency and runing workshops.

Re: comedy script
The best scripts come from something the writer knows about so I would examine her own experiences.

How I live now Screen Terrier.
Anyone any news on this I believe casting is under way and there are 4 nice kids parts? I expect the lead will go to a known american name. A film adaptation of Meg Rosoff's best-selling young adult novel, How I Live Now is now in pre-production. The novel, about a free-spirited young American girl'...

Re: New and Lost!
Hi Vicki amd welcome aboard. It would be helpful to know the age of your child/children because that can affect the number of castings you are getting. The main age seems to be 7-11 and hoys more than girls. As to dress, as you are is recommended, so school uniform if that is what they normally wear...

I don't often interfere with postings on this site but as a fan of transparency I should point out that in my capacity as admin I am aware that firetail44 is directly linked to the project in some capacity. Draw what conclusion you choose!

Re: New talent show auditions
I am locking this thread. BDV as a commercial organisation has been given a say which we dont normally allow on this site, and the doubts have also been aired. Each parent can make up their own mind. I know which way I would go based on the information from our members. I also think this has cropped...

[quote][Yeah thats true, United Agency and Independent talent are the same. Which agency is your DS at?/quote]
I think you will find that Independant used to be ICM in this country and has split from the american arm as a result of the rules concerning funding of projects. United are different again.
