It is possible to join Spotlight without an agent as an adult but you will only have access to a very limited number of castings as most briefs only go out to agents. If the school uses UCAS you can expect fairly rapid movement after the deadline for accepting offers ... that's quite soon I think. Fingers crossed for all still waiting and well done to those with firm offers and funding!

Is it a proper professional paid opportunity? If so, I think he should definitely go with that! You are more likely to get an agent or more work that way IMHO and you could come out of drama school still without an agent!
