Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
My daughter is lucky as she has received degree offers from EDA and Bird (on the day), a Foundation offer from GSA on the day and has a further recall at Arts Ed. The majority of her friends though have been put on to reserve lists. The Colleges seem to be making far fewer offers early on this year...

Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
If you put the post code for Arts Ed in the search bar of Premier Inn and Travelodge websites it will bring them up in order of distance, this is what I do for all my DD’s auditions to try and find the closest. Ahh ok. I'll have a look. Although we had a nightmare of a stay at our last Travelodge s...

Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
Hello, my dd auditioned for Artsed last week and was recalled. We have been waiting to hear back from them and now a week later she has had an email from them inviting her for a dance recall in March 2020. Has anyone had any experience of that process that they wouldn't mind sharing? Yes, my daught...

Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry
Good luck to your DD my daughter started the degree course at Artsed this September. They only recall very few so that's already a great achievement fingers crossed for her, they usually let you know very quickly, we went through it all last year! Yes stressful times! Good luck for the rest.

The MT courses are still all ok at GSA, it's only their Theatre and Performance course that will end apparently.

Re: Auditioning for Sept 2019
Congratulations to your DS arianadrama. My DD is in the same position, not an easy choice, Whichever one he chooses he can't go wrong. Does he have a
gut feeling about one or the other? My DD was always clear what her first choice was so that's made the decision easier.

Re: Auditioning for Sept 2019
I think the delays are due to the people who already have offers of dadas being late sending in proof of income. I had a phone call Friday asking for the same. This was a mistake as we had two weeks prior declined the offer!

Re: Auditioning for Sept 2019
Apologies for being a bit vague and not remembering the details, but something worth bearing in mind for future “fall back” strategies. I’ve been led to believe that A levels are only valid for 5 years for getting into Uni and beyond that you can be required to do an entry year/qualification. I’m s...
