Re: EDSA (Emil Dale) Cambridge - any good?

Thanks for your replies, it sounds positive. As you say, DD needs to go along and try it out for herself, so we shall see!

EDSA (Emil Dale) Cambridge - any good?

Hi there, My DD (12) is going to do a trial class/audition at EDSA Cambridge. She has professional aspirations, so is seeking a new challenge from her current (un-auditioned) MT Saturday school. When DD told her current teacher she was auditioning, she was very much against it, saying Emil Dale does...

Re: Advice needed about agency applications from a complete novice!

Thanks so much for your replies, really helpful. I can see she's approaching a tricky age for MT opportunities...(She was offered a place with BYMT this summer but we didn't take it up for various reasons. Hopefully she can do it next year...) Re: CAT scheme or musical theatre?

Thanks for your replies. DD's heart lies in both MT and ALL dance (esp contemporary), which is why she's not sure which way to go at this stage! However amo185 you are right in that CAT would take 100% commitment. No time or money left for MT! Katymac - London Studio Centre looks perfect for her - i...

CAT scheme or musical theatre?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum so apologies if I've posted in the wrong place or this topic has come up before (despite searching!) My DD is 12 and (at the moment) has her heart set on a performing career - I realise it's very early days!! however not really sure what's the right direction for he...
