If you read the information on the foot flexer you refer to, it answers your own question as it says it is not recommended for under age 11. She's seen them in use, plus her dance teacher has 'recommended' them to her and 'suggested' her arch could be better... I'm not in any way a 'dance pro' and I certainly couldn't be described as a 'Dance Mom!' To me, uneducated in these things, they look a little brutal on developing limbs... I thin...
