Re: Auditioning for 2020 entry

Hi all, I was just wondering what other colleges are doing with their timetable? My daughter has just started at Bird and has 3-4 hours a day in college in a bubble of 10 and then 1-3 hours of online work each day. X From what I can see on social media the second years seem to be having all their l...

The only thing I would say is to bear with them as they are in the middle of the year 1 and year 2 assessments. All their students then have a week off.

Re: Pre-Vocational Performers College 2019

Hi Everyone My DD has a place to start the pre-voc in September 2020. She has another option - EDA degree, and is on the waiting list for Bird. So I would be interested to hear the student and parent perspective on how the pre-voc course has gone, what their destinations are for 2020 and if they we...

They did 3rd year assessments at the beginning of this week before they closed. Summer term may be extended for other year groups depending on length of closure apparently.

If no maintenance as part of dada he just needs to let them know where he is living. They dont need to see anything. Xx

Congratulations to your ds btw. Xx

Those waiting for Bird, dont give up hope. My dds friend was offered a place 2 years ago, 3 weeks before the start of term. This year someone was offered a place 2 days before the start of term. My dd is just finishing her 1st year and loves it there.

Re: Auditioning for Sept 2019

Massive shock!! DS has just had an email from Bird offering him a DaDA!! I'm so pleased for him, and he's accepted obviously, but doesn't want to think about it for now as he's busy revising for his GCSEs. We're fortunate in that Granny lives 2 miles from Bird so we don't need to think about accomm...
