My DD and I have applied for some things on StarNow, and we were wondering what the best thing to write is in order to get directors to notice you - what does everyone think? Also, should it come from DD(12) herself, or from me? Thanks.

My DD has been accepted by a sole agency who take 25-37.5% commision excluding travel costs. Is this a normal amount to take as it seems quite a lot - and is it good to be in a sole agency? Or should we try somewhere else?

My DD has an audition coming up but she can't seem to find a monologue she likes. Can anybody suggest a good monologue for a 12 year old girl please? I have looked through a couple of books and websites, but they all seem to be too young or old for her.
