Re: National Youth Theatre
Wagered with Tayla . It's such a prestigious company to be in and amazing when you get a yes to join. However, applying for the yearly events with NYT , agreed, no date or details of when where what or even cost.. From auditioning to hearing took 4 months.. So fanily plans on hold, then if you are o...

Re: National Youth Theatre
DS did the Intake Acting course last summer, and auditioned in February for this year (though we don't know what for exactly). We were told we'd hear by the beginning of May, and then had an update to say we'd hear by the end May - we still haven't heard, though I know some of his friends have. Has...

Re: RADA Foundation- or Rose Bruford for drama?
While on subject (loosely) of Foundation , has anyone had any experience of Drama Centre foundation what's it like and success in getting onto a BA course at any of the 'top 10' drama schools. I'd also ask the same about E15 & Rose Bruford too. I know Drama Centre is 30 weeks as opposed to 20 we...

Re: National Youth Theatre
DS got in first time. We're outside London too - only a little way but too far to commute daily to Greenwich for two weeks - and although the accommodation (in uni halls) is optional, and no meals are provided, DS was in a flat of five boys and had a fabulous time. He said he wouldn't have enjoyed ...

Re: Auditioning for 2016
Soda firstly congratulation to your DC! She must feel so excited and what an achievement. :) May I ask did she apply for the BA & Foundation Acting or just BA ? Perhaps a Qs for other NAPM too? I'm interested in the success rate of those who do foundation & than apply at the same school for ...
